How long will it take for me to receive my items?
All orders are packed and shipped within 1 - 5 business days from purchase. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information. Since we work with various manufacturers worldwide, it takes between 7 and 15 business days for your order to arrive at a US destination. International shipping times may vary. Why did I only receive part of my order?
Since we work with various warehouses from around the world, your order may arrive separately. Do not worry each part of your order will have its own tracking code.
How can I track my order?
All of our shipments are shipped via ePacket which is a trackable USPS service. You will receive an email with your shipment information once we ship your order. Go to your confirmation email and click "view order" button. In the event that you have not received confirmation email please be sure to check your spam or promotions folder.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to make changes once the order has placed. However if your order has not been shipped please email email@example.com and we will cancel it.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. In the event that you are unhappy with your order we will issue a full refund please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. From there we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back and will issue a refund. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received with no signs of use.
